Raiden Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 65 612 469 477) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy describes how Raiden collects, uses, discloses, stores and manages personal information in connection with its services.
Raiden Technologies collects personal information — including name, contact details, business information, and in some cases technical information about existing infrastructure — for the purpose of providing commercial security and electrical services. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where security system deployments involve the collection of biometric information, including facial recognition data, this information is handled in strict accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and any applicable state-level requirements. All clients deploying biometric systems are advised of their obligations as data controllers under the Privacy Act.
