You will receive a $200 reward once the referred customer’s solar and/or battery installation is completed and fully paid for. Your reward will be provided to you within 30 days.
You can earn up to $1000 by referring up to 5 family or friends within 6 months of your completed installation to earn $200 per successfully completed installation.

You can submit a referral through our online form, just make sure you have their permission first to share their details with us. We will contact them quoting you have referred them. It’s quick and straightforward.
We understand that some people may not wish to have their details shared in this way. You can ask them to call us or submit an online quote request, simply ask them to advise us that you referred them before we get started.
After you refer someone, our team will reach out to them. We’ll inform you about the status of your referral and if it results in a sale, you will be notified of your reward.
There is a limit of 5 referrals over a 6 month period after the date of your installation to be elibible for the referral reward. The more people you refer, the greater your potential rewards up to $1000.

1. Eligibility
The Raiden Technologies Referral Program is open to all existing customers of Raiden Technologies who have had a system installed by us in NSW, Australia. Referrals must be submitted within 6 months of your installation date.
Referrers will receive a $200 Visa Gift Card for each successful referral, with a maximum of 5 referrals per customer. Referred customers will receive a $100 discount off their order. A referral is considered successful when the referred customer’s solar and/or battery system installation is completed and fully paid for.
Before submitting referrals, customers are required to leave a positive review of their Raiden Technologies experience on Google. Referrals must be submitted through the Google reviews link on our website or directly on our Google Business profile. The referral must include the referred person’s name, contact information, and consent to be contacted by Raiden Technologies.
Each customer is limited to a maximum of 5 successful referrals. The referral reward is only applicable if the referred customer is a new lead and not already in our database. Referrals must be submitted within 6 months of your installation completion date.
For Your Referral:
The $200 Visa Gift Card will be issued within 30 days of the final payment being received from the referred customer. The $100 discount will be applied to the referred customer’s invoice upon contract signing.
Raiden Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via our website and will apply to referrals made after the date of the change.
Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.
Referral rewards may be subject to tax reporting. Referrers are responsible for any applicable taxes on referral rewards in accordance with Australian tax law.
Referrals must be made in good faith. Any abuse of the Referral Program, including but not limited to spamming, false referrals, or fraudulent activity, will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any rewards earned.
Any disputes regarding the Referral Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Raiden Technologies. Our decision will be final and binding.
