An ageing lobby access system and mixed camera brands made after-hours management difficult for building management. Raiden refreshed readers, lobby CCTV and the security rack while keeping tenancy access uninterrupted.
Readers failed intermittently, the intercom did not always reach after-hours security, and the head-end rack mixed legacy DVRs with IP cameras. Tenants needed continuous access during business hours, so cutovers had to be planned in short windows.
Raiden staged the works: temporary access arrangements, lobby and lift-lobby camera replacements, new readers and controller firmware, then rack consolidation with labelled patching and UPS check. Training for building management covered live event monitoring and footage export.
