Raiden upgraded a Western Sydney logistics warehouse with dock and perimeter CCTV, gate access control and a distribution board remodel so security loads and cameras are maintained under one contract.
A multi-bay warehouse needed clearer yard coverage, reliable after-hours access logging and a distribution board upgrade that could support new camera and gate loads without weekend outages.
Existing cameras covered dock doors well but left aisle and perimeter gaps. Access events lived in a separate system from the NVR, and the common-area board had limited spare ways for new PoE and gate controllers. The facility team wanted one contractor accountable for both security devices and the power that keeps them online.
Raiden surveyed the yard and switchboard, then delivered a phased install: additional cameras and NVR retention, reader and intercom upgrades at staff and truck gates, and board modifications with labelled circuits for the new security loads. Commissioning included event-to-camera verification and a maintenance handover pack.
